Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk / Administrator
£7.50 / £8.00 per hour
We are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk/Administrator for a client based on the outskirts of Cardiff city centre to work 3 days per week.
The role will be offered on a temporary, weekly rolling basis with the possibility of leading to permanent work depending on performance.
· Using SAGE 50.
· Matching purchase invoices to purchase orders.
· Input invoice data.
· Assist with month-end duties.
· General administration.
· Supporting with sales ledger, wages, accounts.
· Answering the phones.
· Experience of using SAGE 50.
· Strong administration background.
· Experience working within finance/purchase ledger.
The role is being offered with part time working hours, ideally to be 3 days per week including every Thursday.
