Project Manager / Business Analyst
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst to join a leading public service provider within the North East. The role is to support a huge period of growth to manage the full cycle of business development projects. This will include definition, business and systems analysis and project management delivery.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Advise and guide Project Sponsors and business managers to ensure that all requirements are identified and that the business is ready for project implementation.
Analyse, document and implement business processes and business process change in line with the project requirements.
Lead project activities across a wide range of business functions, providing hands-on support to achieve project deliverables
Direct appropriate testing and compliance with change management requirements to ensure quality of deliverables
Develop and maintain implicit project controls to ensure successful delivery to time, budget and quality
Create and disseminate detailed and timely communications plans to ensure all stakeholders are appropriately informed
Manage all 3rd party suppliers and coordinate contractual changes, service level agreements, terminations
Closely and pro-actively manage project risks with appropriate mitigation plans in place, escalating recommendations for action to Project Sponsors
Manage change effectively ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and informed and delivering to plan
Develop and strengthen relationships with all lines of the business
Communicate project priorities, monitor and escalation of unresolved issues
Salary: Upto £40,000 plus fantastic benefits.
