My clients a Professional Services organisation based in the City ofLondoncurrently seek a Learning and Development Specialist, c.40k.

This is a great role to help shape the future of Learning & Development at this organisation as they drive forward towards a more commercial approach. In this varied role that covers the full Learning lifecycle you will work closely with the HR Director, L&D Manager and wider business stakeholders. Key deliverables will include:

  • Ensuring the L&D strategy in linked to the business strategy
  • Build strong stakeholder relationship with the business, HR and wider Group
  • Define, deliver and promote L&D initiatives
  • Manage full life-cycle of L&D from needs analysis through to evaluation
  • Develop and manage a preferred supplier list for L&D products
  • Commercially manage L&D budget ensuring ROI
  • Manage the development and delivery of the annual performance review cycle, management training and leadership development
  • Develop on-line learning solutions
  • Champion L&D best practice

This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about learning and wants to add value both operationally and strategically in a busy and varied role. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • L&D or CIPD qualification
  • Strong end-to-end management of a full range of L&D initiatives - including Leadership programmes and delivering training
  • Experience of managing costs, budget and ROI
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
