This is a fantastic opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst
You will be responsible for handling incoming calls and responding to requests via email from our UK customer base. You will answer queries, respond to issues and provide training on the use of our bespoke systems.
About the candidate
- You will be able to demonstrate a track record in customer service and have previous experience of working in a support role.
- Excellent communication skills are essential as is attention to detail and proven planning and organisation skills.
- As the work is phone based you should have an excellent phone manner and keyboard skills.
