Our Wimbledon based client are looking to recruit an Events Coordinator to join their busy Events Team on a 12 month contract covering maternity. The main responsibilities of the role are to plan and prepare for all company internal and external events, sending out all events communications, coordination of all attendance lists for events, raising purchase orders, reconciling invoices and management of the department diary.
The ideal candidate will have events management/organisational experience, possess excellent communication skills and be highly organised with a positive and flexible approach. You will have a strong attention to detail and be able to deliver to strict deadlines. This is a 12 month fixed term contract covering a maternity leave so you need to be available to start immediately and able to commit to a minimum of 12 months.
