Are you looking for an opportunity for progression within an expanding department? Alexander Lloyd are working with a globally recognised client based in the outskirts of Croydon seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant with a Purchase Ledger background.
Sitting within the finance team you would be responsible for all elements of the Purchase Ledger cycle:
·Liaising directly with Management across the business to ensure that POs are raised and authorised
·Primary point of contact for all suppliers, ensuring that all queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently
·Shared responsibility for multi-currency supplier payments
·Reviewing expense and per diem claims
·Reviewing credit card statements and liaising with cardholders
The following skill sets and experience would be desirable:
·Previous experience within a purchase ledger department
·Working knowledge of Excel
·Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
