Morson are proud to own the Interim Recruitment Process for Manchester Airports Group.

We are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Coordinator for a busy IT department here at MAG for a period of 6 months.The post holder will be responsible for the maintenance and creating of timesheets across the IT department.

Typical responsibilities include:

* Ensuring all staff timesheets, both perm and contract, are completed on time

* Timesheets are completed accurately and timely

* Maintenance of the timesheet system

* Reporting to various departments, i.e. Finance, PMO and ITLT (exec board)

* Liaise with PM's for CAPEX codes

* Handle timesheet disputes / resolution management

* Other PMO duties will be required (process design)

* Providing informative reporting to the Programme Manager, and where required, to Senior Leadership Team and Executive level stakeholders

The suitable candidate will have/be:

* Minimum of 2 years' experience within an accounting / senior administrative role

* Experienced working with cloud based technologies (SharePoint)

* Intermediate / Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

* Demonstrable understanding of time sheeting process and importance of this role

* Ability to effectively navigate, extract from and report on, multiple platforms (incl bespoke systems)

* Demonstrable track record of delivering in a complex environment

* Analytical approach to problem solving, combined with a creative flair and commercial awareness

* Strong verbal and written communication skills and effective presentation skills

* Able to converse with various different stakeholders and team members throughout MAG

* Ability to prioritise own workload
