An exciting opportunity has arisen for a meticulous and process driven Administrator to join a global organisation in their King’s Lynn office as the Quality Assurance Officer.

Joining the Quality Assurance Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the company’s QA management system meets with both customer and regulatory system requirements.

Primarily you will be required to participate in customer complaint procedures, supplier and internal non-conformances and the company’s internal audit programme.

Key duties and responsibilities as the Quality Assurance Officer will include:

    Ensure company documented procedures are adhered to at all times (i.e. Quality Manual, Employee Handbook, Health and Safety at work and hygiene controls)Ensure customer complaints are managed efficiently and effectively; participating in complaint investigations, corrective and preventative actions and providing suitable complaint close out responseInvestigating and analysing trends on internal non-conformance in the manufacturing of customers’ ordersLeading the internal auditing of quality, environmental, H&S, hygiene and housekeeping practise and procedures
