Key Account Manager- Medical Devices.

On behalf of our client, an established and highly regarded global leader in acute care medical products, we now seek to recruit a regional account manager to lead the sales in operating theatres.

As the ideal candidate you will have a proven track record in the healthcare market place selling into operating theatres or cardiac cath labs. You will be proficient at liaising throughout all levels within the NHS environment and preferably have existing relationships in selling into either Operating Theatres or Cardiac cath labs both on a clinical and a procurement level.

The role is to lead and develop the sales approach within the region. There is a split of 40% account management and 60% new business.

You will have a good level of knowledge of NHS purchasing pathways, particularly within the medical devices sector; and have a good understanding on the changing development of NHS hospital purchasing channels.
