The Job

A 12 month maternity contract - This is a key role to assist in the production of the Group's management accounts, forecasts and budgets along with supporting detail and analysis.

Some Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production of the Group's regular forecasts for submission to the Board of Directors and other key stakeholders
  • Production of the Group's monthly management accounts reporting pack for submission to the Board
  • Prepare monthly financial presentations and other analysis for the division
  • Assist in the ongoing maintenance of the Group's budget
  • Production of the bi-annual statutory pack for submission to the Group Financial Controller
  • Statutory accounts and tax analysis of certain subsidiary companies

Experience/Qualifications Required

  • Qualified at least to AAT, Part Qualified ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent
  • Prior experience of the motor retail sector is preferred though not essential
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly with Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience in a fast paced and working to timescales is key for this role
