Legal Secretary - Litigation
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support the Litigation Solicitor. This is temporary position looking for someone to start immediately but there is a chance that this will be made permanent.
You will cover all aspects of secretarial support, including the following:
- Providing efficient and effective support to the solicitor
- Liaising directly with clients and other professionals; making appointments and managing diaries
- Assisting with general office & administration tasks; scanning, filing and file management
- Undertaking other tasks including document sorting, paying disbursements and collating information Requirements: -
The role requires an experienced Legal Litigation Secretary. As legal secretary you will need to be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of Case Management and Digital Dictation systems is essential.
