We are currently recruiting for a Customer Insight Analyst to work with a leading telco organisation inLondon.

The Customer Insight Analyst Is Responsible For Supporting Strategic Decision-Making Across The Commercial Group, Playing A Central Role In The Formation Of Customer Strategy.

They are responsible for fulfilling internal client customer analysis needs, Identifying the most appropriate analytical approach and delivering subsequent recommendations and findings across the business.

Their SAS skills and experience enable them to provide an internal statistical modelling capability, identifying and delivering the most appropriate statistical approach for supporting improved commercial performance.

Act as a central point of contact for assigned clients analytical needs, developing a close working relationship from which to influence strategic development and decision making in accordance with objective analytical findings.
Accurately manage client and management expectations regarding the content and time lines of analysis through transparent and efficient project management.

Own assigned adhoc and regular customer analysis reports from end to end, ensuring the brief is agreed with client and management, that the most suitable approach is selected and that analytical implications are correctly and fully represented.

Manage the maintenance of existing segmentation, profiling and propensity frameworks, recommending evolutions or development of new models to drive key business decisions and performance.

Liaise with the relevant commercial departments to ensure that all aspects of assigned campaign analysis are correctly executed (pre campaign segmentation, campaign monitoring and post campaign analysis)
