Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Huddersfield

Salary: £15,600 rising to FTE £15,851 within 3 months - Quarterly Performance Bonus and Progression Scheme with ability to earn up to £19,759.

Position: Permanent - Full-Time - Permanent - Shifts which cover between 08.00 to 20.00 hrs, over Monday to Saturday

Job Role:

The Candidate:

To be successful, you will need to be up for the challenge, with great listening skills, lots of empathy and the determination to go the extra mile for customers. Resolving complex problems and able to build a good understanding of the services you will provide.

  • Good team-working skills.
  • Identifying customer's needs through communication and passionate customer service
