The Anticoagulant Department is looking to appoint a Clinical Administration Clerk to join our existing reception team.
This is a very busy role duties will be varied but will include:


Greeting patients


Making outpatient appointments using IPM


Filing


Answering the telephone.


You will need to be physically fit as part of this role will require pulling and preparation of notes for clinics (collecting notes from other departments as required).
The post holder must have a professional attitude to their work; have excellent communication and organisational skills, be a good team player, have the ability to work under pressure and a good understanding of basic IT packages.
Previous reception experience would be beneficial. A good knowledge of the hospital IPM system would be advantageous although training is available.
