Registered Nurse - RGN or RMN or RNLDLocation: Ramsey, CambridgeshireSalary: £14.00 - £16.00 per hour ( up to £36,608 per annum ) - negotiable depending on experience, qualifications and capabilities £1,000 welcome bonus on topHours: Full Time or Part Time hours available (options: 24, 36, 42 or 48 hour contract - you can choose depending on preference)Shifts: Day Shifts or Night Shifts available - paid breaksContract type: Permanent*£1,000 welcome bonus for all new nurses that join the home*Job Details: We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN or RNLD) to work within a very reputable Care Home located in Ramsey, Cambridgeshire. The Care Home is a purpose-built home providing nursing and residential care, as well as residential and nursing dementia care. They can also offer care to younger residents with physical disabilities and provide convalescence, palliative and respite care.The Care Home enjoys an excellent reputation for care quality and succeeds in offering an attentive, friendly and homely environment. They have achieved a good CQC report in their recent inspection. Staff morale is very high. We are looking for qualified nurses with a passion for providing high quality levels of care.The Home Manager has been with the company for a substantial amount of time and is highly-qualified in various areas of nursing, so would be keen to invest time into the training and development of all staff. There are also plenty of opportunities to undertake additional training courses externally on top of the extensive in-house training.The Manager can accommodate both part time and full time hours.
