The post holder will deliver Podiatric treatment as part of one of the Central London teams of CLCH. The candidate will have a well established , clinical skills and experience and nknowledge in the field of ‘high risk foot care’ to be able to provide a service that reflects best practice in the guidelines laid down in the National Service Framework for Diabetes and PVD.
The post holder will carry out regular Nail Surgery sessions on a rota basis with other members of the Foot Health Department.

will be involved in developing clinical standards and protocols of care in line with community and service needs.
will be involved in incorporating new treatment methods into the management of all aspects of specialised foot care.
will liaise and work in collaboration with podiatrists, specialists and other healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary environment.
will be responsible for delivering high quality general podiatry care to patients across the Trust, Hospital settings and clinical settings, and within patient’s homes.

 Knowledge of the lower limb complications associated with Diabetes and PVD
