HMP Stocken is a Category C men's prison located in Stretton, RutlandAbout the Job: This is an administration lead role to cover HMP Stocken. The role requires an individual with the ability to work effectively as team member within a multidisciplinary complex environment. Excellent customer service, organisation and leadership skills are paramount to this role as is the ability to work within the constraints of the prison environment. The Business and Performance Manager is responsible for managing effective, patient centred clinical administration and supporting the administration and clinical team to ensure the smooth day to day running of the service. They will be responsible for overseeing the operation of Healthcare administration and appointment scheduling tasks for all patient clinics and external hospital appointments. The Job Requirements: • A minimum of Grade C or above in GCSE Mathematics and English or equivalent will be required. • A relevant degree or other advanced recognised qualifications are desirable. • Experience of interpreting and analysing complex data sets. • Knowledge and experience of using SystmOne. • Knowledge and a strong interest in data quality.
