Medical Secretary - Northampton
An opportunity has arisen for a Medical Secretary to be part of our GI/Colorectal Team.
The post holder will be to provide a comprehensive, confidential secretarial and administrative support service to two of our extremely busy GI/Colorectal Consultant Surgeons and incorporating the administration duties for the Clinical director to enable them to carry out their duties in an effective and efficient manner and ensure efficiency in patient care.
We are looking for a highly enthusiastic individual with Medical secretary experience, who can work as a team member as well as on their own initiative. In addition, the post holder will provide cross cover for other secretaries during periods of staff absence within the Directorate, as and when required.
The working pattern for this role is 09.00hrs -17.00hrs, Monday to Friday.
However, flexibility from the core hours may be required and will be determined locally depending upon the needs of the service.
