Community Care Practitioner - Adult Community Team | £26 - £30 P/H | BristolWe are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and adaptable individual who is passionate about providing excellent social support and the delivery of clean safe care.This is a temporary position, with the possibility of an ongoing contract subject to your performance, making this a particularly exciting opportunity for applicants.Suffolk CC are looking for a CCP to be based in the adult community team, Lowestoft,within Cluster two which picks up allocations south of the river.All referrals would be with adults ( 18 ), however the majority of the work would be with older people ( 60 ).The caseload would fluctuate between 15 - 20 cases, dependent on complexity, and obviously the type of work allocated to a CCP would be less "complicated" than those allocated to the social workers.An awareness of Care First six would be expected, due to the time it would take to train a worker to use this system.You will be working alongside the fastest growing recruitment company in the UK, who provide an unrivalled service to all of their clients and candidates across the United Kingdom.
