We have an excellent opportunity for a Programme Manager to lead our Dog Grooming provision at Plumpton College. Planning and developing Level 1 to Level 3 Dog Grooming courses, you will also teach students up to Level 3. Plumpton College has state of the art facilities and the Programme Manager will take responsibility for the management of our Dog Grooming Parlour including daily operations, budget management, health & safety and building our client base. This is a role in which there is a real opportunity to be innovative and to drive on the development of our Dog Grooming provision.

We are seeking an individual with a Level 3 Diploma in Dog Grooming, who has experience of teaching/instructing and the willingness to develop this further – Plumpton College offers excellent teacher training and continuous professional development opportunities. With experience of operating a parlour in industry, you will also demonstrate your ability to build relationships with external partners and clients.

This is a Full Time role, although 0.8 will be considered. Some flexibility to teach evening courses is desirable.
