Receptionist/Booking Clerk - Northampton
The friendly and fast-paced Fracture Clinic at Northampton General Hospital has two full time Clinic Receptionist vacancies.
The successful candidates will be the first point of contact for patients attending the clinic and will therefore need to have excellent communication skills, a confident, professional approach to people and the ability to work under pressure.
The role will also include booking follow up appointments, inputting the clinic outcomes and tracking and locating patient records.
Candidates will need to be able to provide flexible working between the hours of 08.00 to 18.00 within the Receptionist Team.
Previous Clinic Receptionist experience is desirable but not essential.
