Support Administrator (3-6 Month FTC)
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
Our client is looking for a Support Administrator to join their company based in Horsham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for an administrative role working as part of a really great team who can offer plenty of training and an opportunity to really learn.
The role will sit within the administration department however, some tasks may cross over with different teams.
Our client is a medium sized financial services business so there would be plenty of opportunities within the company to grow.
* Process commission statements
* Reconcile statements
* Banking cheques on a weekly basis
* Data entry on to in-house database
* Scanning, posting and faxing documents
* Working through bank statements
* General office administration
* Working on excel
* Customer service
* Daily use of Microsoft packages
The ideal candidate will have proven office administration experience coupled with customer service skills. They will have both strong written and verbal communication skills and comfortable using Microsoft packages such as Excel and Outlook.
