Regional Manager - Leicester
I am working with a specialist care group, a top client of mine, who are looking for a Regional Manager to support their homes covering the Leicestershire, Warwickshire and Blackburn areas.This is a growing company with three new acquisitions within the last six months. As a result of this growth and with the anticipation of further development within the company we are looking to expand our Central Regional Management Team.We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills both verbal and written who is a motivator and leader.You will have a good working knowledge of CQC Regulations and have experience in meeting quality standards.You will need the ability to manage people and often multi task and work to tight deadlines.Key criteria for this role will be role modelling and the promotion of dignity & respect, a strong desire to improve and develop Prime Life services through learning and development and person centred working.Experience of the elderly sector is desirable but not essential.The successful candidate will need to offer flexibility in their work patterns and be able to drive to locations across the Central Region.- £40k (increasing to £45k after probation)- Car Allowance or Company Car- 20 Days Holiday - inc.
