The Learning Disabilities Services of Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Trust are committed to investing in and developing staff. We are now in the position to recruit new Health Care assistants to the team at Specialist Residential Services (SRS) at Kingsley Green, Radlett. SRS provides an adult inpatient service across seven Bungalows for people with Learning Disabilities and Autism.The successful candidate must display a considerable degree of initiative, possess mature judgment and maintain a calm, friendly and efficient manner when dealing with service users, their relatives, colleagues and visitors. You should be able to demonstrate sensitivity towards those suffering from Learning Disabilities and Mental Health problems, be non-judgemental in your approach and be prepared to model and promote the Trust Values.Experience is not essential but a good knowledge of the service is advised before applying. We advise a pre application visit.
