An internal opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Clinical Trainer within the Single point of access team part of Hertfordshire partnership foundation NHS Trust. You will be a key member of our service and will play an important role in supporting and delivery training within the single point of access.
If your passion lies in supporting the development of others, this could be the perfect post for you. We’re seeking someone with excellent communication, training and coaching skills to join our team, providing training and facilitation in a range of topics to our staff. You’ll be responsible for planning, designing, delivering and evaluating innovative clinical training and development activities to meet specific and more general needs within our diverse team.
You must have some experience of managing and developing people, outstanding interpersonal skills and a flexible creative approach.
