Deputy Home Manager - RGN or RMN - Elderly & Dementia Nursing Home - Tonbirdge Kent - £35,000 - £40,000 per annumWe are looking for an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse/ Head of Care or Deputy Home Manager ( RGN or RMN qualified ) to take on a new role within a fully compliant nursing home in Kent.For this position, my client is looking for an RGN or RMN who has extensive nursing experience within a similar environment, and who has a basis of management and leadership skills to draw upon the role.As a Deputy Home Manager ( RGN or RMN ), you will be expected to attend meetings with senior management regularly each week. The role is supernumerary for four days at 7 hours each day and one day a week will be working one long day shift 12 ¼ hours.
