Overview of the Role
Our technical specialists are responsible for being part of a project team, working with Business Productivity (BP) and related technologies.
The candidate will possess the required skills to carry out the following:
Delivery of technical solutions in line with design documents, customer requirements and expectations
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities are detailed below, although the post holder would also be expected to perform any other duties which might reasonably be required by the business.

Act as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development
Assist in gathering customer requirements in order to prepare project plans and timescales of delivery
Work through customer specifications and develop solutions in line with project delivery requirements
Take ownership for technical delivery
Assist with technical design solutions
Manage SharePoint migrations and upgrades
Work closely with all departments to ensure project and service delivery meet customer expectations
Work closely with Practice lead to assist in the continual development of the team
All employees are responsible for:
Abiding by Our Client's security policy & procedures as set out in the Employee Handbook, and implementing security directives from relevant managers (for example Senior Managers, HR & IS Managers) from time to time
Reporting all incidents and concerns, no matter how small the potential threat

Essential
Knowledge and experience of:
SharePoint 2016 / SharePoint Online
SharePoint Designer
OneDrive for Business
Strong technical background
Strong commitment to customer service
Desirable
Knowledge and experience of:
Azure AD
ADFS
O365
Skills
Demonstrate competence in oral and written communication
Able to deal with customers/suppliers/peers at all levels in a professional manner
The ability to prioritise effectively, both with their own workload and within the team
The ability to use initiative to solve problems
Personal Attributes
Have a flexible approach and can work as a team player
Must be tolerant and adaptable to change in a fast-moving environment
Commercially focussed
Able to work well individually and within a team environment
Persistent and resilient in seeing an issue through to resolution
Flexible working location to support client and business requirements
