We have a 3-6 month contract based in Reading (flexibility to work from home) for a talented pre-sales project manager to join our client.


Our client is looking for a thoughtful, analytical, high energy Partner Success Manager that will be responsible for ensuring our client's partners are delivering onboarding support and adoption services.
You will be responsible for educating the programme-ready Partners to leverage the onboarding experience for Microsoft 365 while utilizing the company's IP and assets across engineering and support teams, including the Microsoft field sales organizations and Microsoft 365 business groups. The Partner Success Manager role will work closely with Partner Development Managers as well as FastTrack Subject Matter Experts and will require developing exceptionally strong and transparent working relationships with the aforementioned teams to deliver expected customer and business results.


Your key business metrics will be:
To provide a single point of contact with in the programme team, dedicated to the success of the ready Partners, leveraging the tools and resources to drive efficiency and active usage
*Customer and Partner Onboarding Satisfaction
*Coordinate FastTrack execution between Partners and the field
*Conduct regular portfolio reviews
*Manage and resolve partner operational issues
*Provide access to Microsoft Subject Matter Expert resources
*Provide actionable insights based on data analysis
*Capture partner feedback and share outcomes
*Monitor KPI adherence, program eligibility and active use outcomes
*Increase Microsoft 365 Service Consumption
*Increase Intune and Azure Service Consumption
*Education and Training of ready Partners to deliver the benefit

Your specific responsibilities will include:
*Provide advice and guidance to a set of Microsoft FastTrack-ready Partners through the Onboarding technical and Adoption processes
*Assist Partners to lead the digital transformation process from the standard on premises environment to the cloud oriented suite of services
*Deliver online presentations via Skype and Teams to drive intent and influence Partners to use M365 Workloads, and drive this within their client base(s)
*Analyse, develop and communicate key Onboarding process and technology improvements for Microsoft 365
*Deliver and report key business metrics for Microsoft 365
*Develop, foster, maintain effective partner relationships maintaining Customer Satisfaction
*Manage partner Onboarding programs within expected timeframes while continually driving increased effectiveness and thus reducing costs.
*Ensure FastTrack-ready Partners Track, Update, Record specific activities into customer orchestration portal
*Ensure FastTrack-ready Partners register all M365 & EMS clients within the FastTrack Portal


Successful Candidate Competencies:

*Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, build and deliver customer and partner experience remotely
*Place outbound calls to provide guidance on adoption, drive intent and planning and enabling Microsoft 365 services
*Respond to inquiries from Microsoft 365 customers and programme-ready Partners
*An effective Partner Success Manager must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
*Cloud competency: broad view of Cloud services and products. Understanding the industry transformation towards "cloud only" services.
*Customer and Partner Focus: proven experience driving positive business impact based on a deep understanding of customer and partner needs.
*Strong phone communication skills to effectively drive recommendations and land priorities across customers, partners, senior executives and across organizational boundaries
*Strong problem-solving ability ranging from conceptualization to implementation
*Ability to identify and scope customer business needs in order to build business cases to support the programme ready Partners
*Work with programme ready Partners to properly manage customer business cases, drive intent for Microsoft 365 Workloads and plan the adoption process instantiated to the customer needs
*Data Driven: strong reporting and data analysis skills. Ability to use large sets of data to take positive business impacting decisions.
*Microsoft 365 technical competency: Develop a broad knowledge base of Microsoft 365 services
*Influencing Others: the ability to move across organizational boundaries in order to get to a desired business outcome when there is no clear "ownership" of an issue.
*Story Telling: demonstrated ability to communicate a clear message and to show empathy to customer's concerns via online collaboration tools
*Awareness related to Microsoft 365 is required.
*Strong English communication skills required
*One of the following languages at a proficient level: French, Spanish, Italian or German is a plus
