This company is an established, leading Microsoft Partner providing software and services for the financial services sector using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 to build the platform. Held in high regard by Microsoft UK, the company is rated one of its leading business partners in this fast-paced, exciting growth area.


As part of its continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Developer based in Norwich, Norfolk.


As the Senior Developer, your duties will be to:

  • Assist and occasionally lead the development team where and when necessary to help them deliver quality solutions to the customer.
  • Assist the support team in providing diagnosis and fixes for bugs raised by the customer.
  • help the sales team where and when necessary in a pre-sales fashion to help them close sales.
  • Contribute to the design and development of future products and add-ons.
  • Validate requirements with the Product manager to gain GAP analysis in the Curo product
  • Debug and fix both code written by yourself and where necessary, existing and previous members of the development team

To be a successful Senior Developer you will have the following skills and experience:

  • A working knowledge of the Microsoft stack:
    • Windows Server 2012+
    • SQL Server 2012+ including T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS
    • IIS 7+
    • C# and ASP.NET
    • JavaScript – Advanced level
    • HTML 5
    • In-depth Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming principals
    • Relational Database fundamentals
    • Knowledge of SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Technical and logical minded person with excellent problem-solving skills
    • Good personal time management and self-organisational skills.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (any version) would be advantageous
    • ASP.NET MVC
    • WCF / WEB API
    • Webservices
    • XML/XSLT
    • MVC design patterns
    • Visual Studio and .NET Framework 4.0+
    • IIS and Server Administration
    • Knowledge of Agile Software Development Life Cycle
    • Unit Testing.



The Developer will be working 9am – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday.


In return, the Senior Developer will receive a salary of up to £45,000 per annum plus benefits and 25 days per year plus public holidays.
