As a International Merchandiser for this premium retail brand based in London you will be a key part of the Merchandising team, planning and delivering the key financials and range plans for the International market.

Client Details

Our client is one of the UK's most loved premium high street retailers. They are growing not only in the UK market but massively internationally and as such they are looking to add a new International Merchandiser to the team!


As a International Merchandiser based in my clients Central London office you will;

  • Working with International Director and Branch Merchandising Manager to determine budgets for the season by territory, working bottom up by branch/category and top down by store group/department

  • Responsible for setting up Range Planning packs, considering past and present analytical data

  • Working closely with Franchise/Distribution Partners to review budgets ahead of time to fully potentialise the business.

  • Setting up & maintaining WSSI's prior to the start of the season with Sales, Stock, Margin, Intake/OTB Plans, by category and season and territory

  • Setting budgets, forecasting and management of OTB for all areas including Signature line card maintenance and spend.

  • Regular analysis of department performance by region/partner to maximise commercial opportunities in order to identify key learning's to optimise profit on the next season range.

  • Where appropriate, setting up templates for specific Regional Markdown and Promotional analysis and roll up. Specifying and reporting relevant criteria e.g. MD spend, % MD, margin impact compared to LY.

  • Managing and developing a high performing team, ensuring that training requirements are met and staff are challenged and motivated.


To be a successful candidate for this role, you will have;

  • Proven track record of being a Merchandiser in the International market
  • Proven track record of setting budgets, range planning and managing a WSSI
  • Strong internal management skills, including managing a team member
  • Strong track record of franchise partner management
  • Analytical and high attention to detail
