UX/UI Designer - Leading Cloud Software Organisation

A UX focused UI Designer is sought by a leading cloud software organisation and consultancy in the Northern Manchester area who is seeking an experienced digital designer that is capable of creating stunning high-quality user interfaces. We are looking for someone with the skills to create sleek functional elements that support an effortless user experience.

They are offering a fantastic package (Including Flexible Working) for a junior-mid level designer with ideally at least a couple of years of commercial experience.

Desired skills and experience:

  • The ability to work the full Design Life Cycle from:
  • Requirements gathering
  • Briefing
  • Wire framing
  • Story boarding
  • Design/Development Meetings
  • Quality Control
  • Vision Execution

  • 2+ years of UX design experience.
  • Expertise in UX software such as Axure will be highly beneficial, Adobe Creative Suite is a must. Some knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus although the position is purely creative so this is not a necessity.
  • Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
  • Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
  • A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns.
  • Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
  • Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry's latest trends and technologies.
