Commercial Account Handler
Your new job role as a Commercial Account Handler within a specialist Haulage division has arisen due to growth within the team. Your new job working as a Commercial Account Handler dealing with Haulage business is an all-encompassing role. You will responsible for dealing with Property, Casualty and Transit risks from inception to completion and negotiate terms for new and existing business. In addition to this, you will be responsible for updating files and issuing MRC Slips as and when required and advise Brokers of acceptance,/refusal of cover and provide written confirmation of terms as necessary. Other duties include providing written Contract Certain renewal terms and new business quotations as well as liaising extensively with Underwriters, Brokers, Agents and colleagues.
Your previous experience working as a Commercial Account Handler ideally dealing with Haulage or Transportation risks will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will need knowledge and understanding of handling Employers & Public Liability, material damage, business Interruption and Goods in Transit classes of business. You will have a high level of accuracy, good attention to detail and able to work both in a team and independently.
