Capita's large London based client is looking to secure the services of an Ivanti / LANDesk Service Desk Application Specialist for an inital 3-6 months contract.



The Application Specialist will play a key part in developing, integrating, administering and supporting the Ivanti / Landesk Service Desk implementation project.

Key Experience:
  • Experience of the Design and Administration of Ivanti / LANDesk Service Desk in an Application Support or Development environment
  • Experience of Troubleshooting Application Issues - specifically with Ivanti / LANDesk Service Desk
  • Experience of providing time estimations based on enhancement or change requests in order to manage and prioritise workload.


Key Skills:
  • Proven working experience of using Ivanti / LANDesk Service Desk (previously LANDesk)
  • Ivanti Service Desk Certified Engineer (CLE - Certified LANDesk Engineer) would be a definitive plus
  • ITIL (foundation or levels above) certification would be a definitive plus


Working knowledge of
  • Other aspects if ITSM such as configuration management, release management, event management etc
  • SDLC methodologies
  • Infrastructure design and implementation
  • Test / QA methodologies
  • Ivanti / LANDesk Service Desk version 2017.1
  • SQL Database
  • HTML coding
  • Experience of IIS
  • Experience of Xtraction
  • Experience of Workspaces
