Roc Search's Client is currently recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager based in Blackpool on an initial 3 month contract.

Main Duties and Responsibilities for Service Delivery Manager
  • Manage both 1st and 2nd line teams and the merging of these teams which have historically worked as separate divisions.
  • Ensure all ITIL functions remains responsive to needs (including incident and problem management.)
  • Ensure that a program of continuous service improvement is put in place across the service delivery function to aid in problem detection and resolution and for lessons learned.
  • Provide monthly service delivery reporting, continuous improvement plans and mappings to the directorate plan.
  • Ensure delivery against SLA, provide escalation routes and manage performance.

Key Skills/Experience/Qualification for Service Delivery Manager
  • Experience of managing 1st / 2nd line teams
  • Good working Knowledge of IT Service Management
  • Understanding of formal Service Management principles (eg ITIL) and be qualified at least to
  • Intermediate level in 5 disciplines at V3.
  • Experience managing KPIs and SLAs
