Leading global organisation require a number of experienced Agile Coach's to deliver Agile mentoring, coaching and training services on a global scale.

We are pleased to bring to the market 3 exciting and challenging Agile Coach roles offering great career scope and progression. You will support and lead the implementation of new and better ways of working - delivering value in building innovative and exciting new products and services using Agile frameworks and methods.

You will be responsible for -

- Providing pro-active Agile methodology coaching and leadership for all roles within Global technology to support Agile project delivery

- Identify projects that require Agile coaching to improve outcomes

- Facilitate the creation and delivery of workshops to train and support Agile methods at all levels of the organisation with a particular focus on frequent delivery and feedback loops

- Understand the current landscape and proactively work to embed an Agile culture across all levels

- Provide mentorship to individuals and key role holders - including scrum masters and product owners. This may include acting as the scrum master for projects in start-up.

- Support and coach on the following key areas -

1. Agile ceremonies

2. Driving improvement within the production and management of product back-logs.

3. Scrum and Kanban delivery.

4. Product Ownership

5. Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) program increment ceremonies eg PI Planning

6. Application and use of Agile tools



You will also maintain oversight of the Agile software development process and develop ways to improve the capability. Also we need someone who can develop processes to ensure reporting dashboards for teams and other levels of technology to show clear state of delivery, such as development team burn-downs and other visualisation of progress.

We are looking for experience in the following areas -

- Expert knowledge of Agile development methodologies including Scrum

- Significant experience as a scrum master or product owner

- Team player promoting a highly open, transparent and collaborative manner

- Experience of using common Agile tools including Atlassian JIRA and associated applications

- A sound knowledge of a common software delivery life-cycle with an understanding of technical approaches and architecture
