Technical Delivery Manager / Agile Delivery Manager - Global technology platform roll out / new technologies / software development projects / fast paced / Middleware / Integration/ .net / global, large scale, complex and high profile projects

Technical Delivery Manager / Agile Delivery Manager is required by fast growing and highly successful organisation. You will have experience throughout the full software development life cycle and will be responsible for creating global solutions for a wide range of challenging IT projects. The projects will involve large scale technology and business change.



ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technical end to end Delivery Management encompassing the full project lifecycle.

You will play a key role in proposing new technologies, approaches and tools.

Delve into complicated issues of production delivery, conduct root cause analysis, devise a solution and execute through required steps necessary in order to successfully deliver.

Work closely with multi-disciplined teams of product owners, architects, engineers and quality assurance to drive estimates, delivery plans and retrospectives.

Identify and manage risk and flag major issues as early as possible.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Excellent global software development project / programme management skills, ideally within the Fintech, retail or telco sector but open to other backgrounds.

Experience working across the full software development lifecycle on multiple large scale global software development projects.

Outstanding people skills and be comfortable operating across all areas of the business.

Hands on Technical Delivery Management background with experience of implementing and delivering internal software projects and solutions.

You will have experience working in an Agile environment and be able to visualise technical solutions from start to finish.

Experience of working closely with onshore/nearshore/offshore teams and clients.

Someone from an architecture or development management background is preferred as you will understand the wider technical aspect of the technology projects.
