Nursing Rehabilitation Assistant, Band 2
Salary £15,404 - £18,157 per annum + HCAS £3,553 per annum

We are look for someone to provide support to patients within their own home working closely with health care professionals within the multi-disciplinary team by performing functions under the guidance of the registered nurse, therapist or band 3 Nursing Rehabilitation Assistant.
To support other services within RR and HPW as directed
To assist in the provision of rehabilitation to patients within their own home as well as assisting with all aspects of activities of daily living
Key Essentials/Attributes
Computer IT skills, use of mobile devices ie iPads
Car driver holding valid full UK driving.
