Complex Home Care Assistant - Bracknell
As a Newcross Complex Carer you will provide essential care to a young child in an educational setting. Experience within home care and tracheotomies would be an advantage but not a requirement as full training and support will be given by Newcross Healthcare. This role is an opportunity to expand your experience and knowledge base in areas such as learning disabilities, tracheotomies, suctioning, stomas, ventilators PEG feeding and challenging behaviours, however any previous experience in a complex care at home role would be desirable.Clients receiving complex care have substantial and ongoing healthcare needs. These can be the result of chronic illness, disabilities or following hospital treatment. We provide high quality, complex care to clients with a range of complex healthcare needs.
