Role Summary
We currently seeking to recruit an experienced Registered Manager to lead & manage their beautiful 50+ bedded home based in Hayes, Middlesex The is a purpose built care home - It is split over two floors and specialises in the provision of high quality residential & dementia care. The home is fully compliant with CQC having scored 5 Goods in its last inspection & has a fantastic reputation in the local area. As the Registered Manager, you will have the autonomy and responsibility for managing a business, you will lead a multifunctioning team and be responsible for ensuring the whole facility operates effectively and delivers the very best quality of care towards its residents. In this leadership position, you will play a key role in the promotion & marketing of the service and also be required to establish positive links with the local community. You will have the opportunity to recruit & build your own high performing team and ultimately, create & lead the operations of a truly outstanding service. The ideal candidate will be a strong proven leader with the passion and commitment to achieve the highest standards of care excellence & operational efficiency. Possessing a proven track record with successful CQC inspections & possessing existing relationships with the local authorities within the Hayes, Middlesex area would be highly advantageousAbout the role
Leading and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, we will look to you to provide outstanding, truly personalised care to our residentsYou will share our passion for putting the needs and wellbeing of our residents first, finding new ways to enrich our resident's lives within our home and delivering outstanding customer care for them and their relativesYou will manage all aspects of our home, including identifying new business opportunities, effectively managing budgets, taking responsibility for the operating profit of the home, and ensuring regulatory compliance is maintained across all relevant areasCreating and developing strong internal and external relationships, you will play an important role in strengthening the Bupa brand as a trusted healthcare partner with key audiences including Local Authority and Primary Care Trust commissionersAs part of your role, you may occasionally be required to work out of hours of evenings.Who we're looking for
