We are looking for a Clinical Service Manager to join the Physiotherapy department at a leading Private hospital.

This hospital is based in Harrow, Middlesex and this role is Full time 37.5 hours a week on a flexible rota. (On Call and Weekends potential involved)

You will be an experience Imaging manager with at least 12 months experience in a similar role within a NHS or private hospital environment. You will be able to strategically plan the clinical services and be responsible for the day to day organisational and management of the clinical departments. Holding Responsibility for the deployment, supervision and teaching of staff within the clinical area supporting the hospital management team in providing clinical leadership.

Requirements:

•Chartered Physiotherapist.
•Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
•Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
•Knowledge of CSP and HCPC Codes and guidelines and their implications for practice.
•Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Care and Quality Commission Requirements.
•Knowledge of Quality Assurance tools.

Roles and Responsibilities:

•Lead the team to deliver care that helps improve the health of the individual and wider community.
•Lead the team in demonstrating compassion through effective relationships based on empathy, respect and dignity.
•Develop own competence to deliver effective care and treatments through improving clinical/technical knowledge / skill, and expertise.
•Communicate appropriately with others involved in the care of the patient.
•Act as an advocate for safeguarding patients; demonstrate courage to speak up when there are concerns about care.
