Band 6- Junior Sister/Charge nurse
Are you an enthusiastic staff nurse or a current band 6, looking for an exciting band 6 role. A great opportunity has arisen on Abington ward for 19hours/ week contract. Come and join our award winning team whom have achieved three consecutive greens in ward accreditation and now awaiting best possible care award.
Having experience within the speciality it is very important for the team on Abington ward; it will be essential in this job.
You will be part of a senior team alongside 2 other band 6’s who strive to deliver the best possible care. You will be assisting the ward manager in leading the ward to pathway to excellence.
As a band 6 you will be offered the opportunity to grow in knowledge and leadership/management skills to provide high standards of evidenced based patient care while assisting in the running of the ward.
