We are seeking a highly motivated mental health care coordinator with a ‘can do’ attitude, who is interested in being part of the Community Mental Health Team. Applicants should have extensive clinical experience and be able to demonstrate excellent assessment skills, formulate risk management plans and work positively with risk, using professional skills alongside managing a complex caseload. You will be expected to demonstrate the ability to work as a team member as well as lone work in community teams.
We will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to working a friendly team of experienced mental health professionals, supervision, support and training.
