Newcross are recruiting Support Workers to join our growing team in Colchester, Mersia Island, East Mersea, West Mersea and the surrounding towns. All of our healthcare professionals have minimum hours guaranteed in their contracts, giving them the security of a steady income, but the flexibility to choose their own rotas.The PositionYou will be working with learning disability clients, helping them to interact with their families and also the local community, enabling them to maximise their independence and live fulfilling lives.
