In pursuit of continuing their success and capturing the business growth, we are hiring a Business Development Leader to join their Brighton based HQ. THE ROLE Working as part of the business growth team, you will be senior and bring gravitas and experience to support the conversion of enquiries into new business opportunities by engaging with prospective clients through events, pitches and market research. Consultative in your approach as Business Development Director, your focus will be on networking, creating proposals, attending pitches and dealing with qualified enquires. Your DNA will demand you consult with clients to understand their needs and instinctively know how best the agency can provide a solution. Overall, you’ll be an experienced digital marketer enjoying building international client relationships with an underpinning transparency and partnership ethos. TO BE SUCCESSFUL >>Pedigree and evidence of a minimum of 5-years successful sales track record >>Exceptional Relationship management skills with an ability to secure contracts with key clients based on trust, transparency and partnership >>Able to represent the agency at key industry events >>A desire to provide a consultative sale, involving all key stakeholders >>Excellent leadership skills >>Able to identify new business opportunities >>Rock solid understanding of the external market and able to monitor changes >>Ensure a high standard of responses to client proposals >>Bring enthusiasm to the role as a motivational leader In becoming Business Development Director, you’ll be part of a well-reputed agency who has year-on-year success.
