The Administration Manager is responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support across all aspects of the Home's service. You will also assist the Home Manager in ensuring that the Home is compliant with external regulatory requirements as well as meeting all internal standards.You will set up interviews with candidates, payroll, staffing reports, Bradford factor, safeguarding issues and deal with complaints and compliments.To be put forward for the position you will have a GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English, previous administrative experience, be computer literate with experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and customer information systems. You will also understand financial management, records and budgets.This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
