UCLH has two major strategic projects underway. Our Grafton Way facility is due to open in 2020, with Huntley Street opening in 2019.

Senior Staff Nurse / Clinical Practice Facilitator Ward T13 South
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced full time band 6 Senior Staff Nurse / Clinical Practice Facilitator to join the team on ward T13 South at University College Hospital.
Ward T13 South is part of the Gastrointestinal (GI) Division within UCLH NHS Foundation Trust. The ward has 20 beds and specialises in the treatment and care of patients with GI disorders such as Crohn’s disease, short bowel syndrome, and more. We are able to support patients requiring parental nutrition. The ward also admits patients with hepato pancreato biliary disease and hepatological disorders.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate excellent clinical and leadership skills, the willingness to deputise as the nurse in charge on a regular basis and the vision to further develop their career in an exciting and busy environment. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to deal empathetically with patients and their families.
Within UCLH, you will find a supportive nursing and multidisciplinary team. Your professional development will be encouraged and opportunities exist to follow degree pathways and to undertake a variety of in-house courses.
Successful candidates must have sufficient post registration experience and a mentorship qualification.
