Activities Lead - Beauchamp House - Taunton
We're looking for an Activities Lead who will be passionate about providing a range of enjoyable activities for our elderly residents! This role includes covering some weekends, occasional evenings, and some Bank Holidays (plus pay enhancements) About you:- You'll plan a social and activities calendar covering a wide range of activities, and personal interests, including indoor and outdoor events. Some of our residents are living with dementia, and you'll keep up-to-date on the best activities for them to take part in. You'll also supervise the Activities Assistants and motivate and encourage your colleagues to take part in activities and events. You will be social and outgoing with excellent communication skills, an empathetic attitude, organised, and able to effectively manage your time. Full training will be provided but previous relevant experience, preferably in a care setting, will be an advantage.
