Recruitment Advisor - Stafford
Medacs Healthcare, leading nursing agency and preferred supplier to several prominent NHS Trusts, are looking to recruit a RECRUITMENT ADVISOR to work from our offices in Stafford. The role includes, but is not restricted to, the following : *To maintain and service bank of candidates through the registration process *To obtain all documentation from candidates required by governing body *To follow up registration from Registration Officer and Candidate Liaison Officer *To prioritise candidates available now or those urgently needed as requested from Team Manager *To advise candidates of paperwork required for compliance and to be able to secure into work *To inform Team Manager of any candidates nearly compliant *To inform Team Managers of any candidates needing to be archived *To take part in campaigns to recruit new candidates into the team *To help support Placement Officers and Team Managers to prepare for Audits *To keep informed of new procedures re: NMC, Right to Work, blood results etc *To advise candidates on facilities providing verification service, arranging blood tests etc. *To liaise with Occupational Health team on blood results being acceptable The position offers a salary of £15,500 The position is full time and benefits include holiday entitlement, access to pension scheme.About Medacs HealthcareMedacs Healthcare is a leading healthcare staffing and services company providing locum, temporary and permanent healthcare recruitment, managed services, police and prison healthcare, occupational health and home care to the public and private sectors.Our organisation is built on the skills, knowledge and talent of our employees, and the relationships they establish with clients and candidates.
