Job Title: Deputy Ward Manager – Specialist CAMHS UnitGrade: Deputy Manager (open to Senior Nurses or above)Location: Kent – free parking at site Salary: up to £37,500 per annum / £19.23 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)Hours: full time, 37.5 hours per week Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday / 9:00am – 5:00pm Contract type: permanent Benefits Package: 25 days annual leave 8 days bank holidays – increasing to 30 days plus bank holidays with length of service. Further Details: The role of the Deputy Ward Manager is to support the Ward Manager in providing leadership to the nursing team. The Deputy Ward Manager will have clinical experience and leadership that provides expertise and confidence to the nursing team and ward overall.
