We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Emergency Department (ED) team at North Bristol NHS Trust. The role requires 'extended scope practice' to be able to see, treat and discharge patients who present to ED with acute musculoskeletal injuries independently. The candidate will ideally have 5 years post qualification experience and have knowledge of managing acute injuries. You should ideally have experience at ordering and interpreting x-rays and working under PGD's/ Non Medical prescribing.
We would advocate and welcome informal visits to establish what the role entails and to meet some of our existing team before applying.

The successful applicant(s) will normally commence at the minimum of the scale unless they have previous NHS service at the same band. Progression through the scale is by annual increments.
Staff identify as 'At Risk' and who meet the essential shortlisting criteria of the post will be prioritised. Priority will be given to North Bristol NHS Trust employees in the first instance.
